Our Shipping Policy
We want you to receive your ZABU SKIN products as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.
1. Shipping Origin
All orders are prepared and dispatched from Durban, South Africa. We currently ship within South Africa.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday) after payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times within South Africa:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We offer free standard shipping on orders over R850.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
